Susan Dudley, First Violin
Columbia Orchestra Member Since: 2002
- I started playing the violin in the 3rd grade thanks to my sister, fellow violinist Robin Strempek.
- Aside from Orchestra, I am a HUGE football fan and a member of Baltimore’s Marching Ravens. I’m on the flagline and have been a member since 2006.
- I have a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University where I majored in Visual Arts. I also have a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
- During the day I work for the Federal Government as an I.T. Specialist. I mainly work on software validation.
Fun Fact #1 = I am a certified scuba diver.
Fun Fact #2 = I like to travel. So far I’ve been to Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and N. Africa.
Fun Fact #3 = I love going to rock concerts on my free time. I have been to a rock concert each month since October 2008.
