The Columbia Orchestra is now accepting Board of Director nominations for the 2008-2009 season. The Board of Directors represents the interests of the orchestra, raises and expends the funds necessary for the operation of the orchestra, develops policies, and plans new programs in support of the orchestra’s mission. If you are interested in joining, please complete and submit the nomination form so we can get to know you and your interests better.

We commemorate our 30th anniversary season in the Jim Rouse Theatre performing music by his nephew, Christopher Rouse. Howard County’s greatest young talent is on display as we feature the winners of our Young Artist Competition and we finish the year with the masterpiece with which Maestro Love christened his tenure with the orchestra, Pictures at an Exhibition.

Attention Seniors: The Columbia Senior Transportation Service, funded by the Columbia Association, provides free door-to-door transportation to concerts and other events via URTA vans and mini-buses.
